Awareness

approach has been developed as part of our work with the
Defense Academy of the United Kingdom and is in the vanguard
of the current trend away from the artificial scenario /
classroom based training of leaders towards the work based
coaching of individuals and teams. This is situated leadership
learning at it best. It is research based, practical and
