Awareness demands a response from leaders at all levels. It is the creation of this increased and obvious need for real business leadership in the organisation that differentiates our development process from the rest. People do not choose to develop as leaders unless they have something very real & compelling to lead. We make sure they have that!

If you are the leader of an organisation it is self-damming to describe it as ‘…change resistant’! Leadership is the ability is to motivate people to want to exert themselves for a common ambition. Well led people are prepared to endure localised, short-term and personal discomfort and risk, for a cause. At the heart of every successful adaptive quest are people who are prepared to struggle to ensure the organisation thrives.

Our ‘applied leadership’ approach has been developed as part of our work with the Defense Academy of the United Kingdom and is in the vanguard of the current trend away from the artificial scenario / classroom based training of leaders towards the work based coaching of individuals and teams. This is situated leadership learning at it best. It is research based, practical and pertinent leadership education.
