Taking the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) to the Next Level

Leadership is a journey, not a destination.

It is a marathon, not a sprint.

It is a process, not an outcome.

This quote from eBay President, John Donahoe is one that should be prominently pinned in the office of every leader, whether they are in charge of one person or of thousands.  For extraordinary leaders, and for those who guide them on their journeys, the idea of lifelong learning and lifelong development is an integral part of their leadership DNA.

Quest Leadership Development helps leaders and coaches to develop and implement the tools which lead to that lifelong development pathway.  The latest addition to our leadership programme is a Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) Coach Programme.  Aimed primarily at leadership development professionals, the programme will help participants to master the intricacies of LPI reports as well as develop the tools to guide leaders along the pathway from feedback to personal development.

To take full advantage of this programme, participants need to be familiar with the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® and the LPI Report before attending.  Our next LPI coach programme is on February 26th 2014.  If you have any questions about the Coach Programme or about how The Leadership Challenge can help you to either become an extraordinary leader or to guide others along that pathway then we’d love to hear from you.
