I travelled to San Francisco this August to meet up with Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner for the launch of the 5th Edition of their best selling book, The Leadership Challenge. It was a fantastic celebration of Jim and Barry’s work over the last 25+ years.
It was also great fun to meet so many of the people who have been a part of the research and who have featured as exemplary leaders in the books.
The fifth edition features fresh case studies, new research on Positive Workplace Attitudes and a much more ‘international feel’ to what must be THE most thoroughly researched and useful leadership development framework on the planet!
A “must read” even if you have read the other four editions.
