Become a Trained Facilitator
Want to personally deliver The Leadership Challenge Workshop to your organisation’s emerging leaders? Or become accredited to build your independent consulting practice?
Experiencing The Leadership Challenge Workshop for yourself is the first step. Then follow up with two jam-packed days at a Facilitator Training Workshop, where you’ll get an in-depth look at workshop design, experiential activities, research foundation, and hands-on practice of facilitating.
Become a Certified Facilitator
Want to fine-tune your skills in delivering The Leadership Challenge Workshop? As a qualified applicant accepted into this level 2 programme, you’ll work with a Certified Master to:
- Gain a deep understanding of The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership
- Build increased competence as an engaging Leadership Challenge programme facilitator
- Develop enhanced coaching skills to analyse, interpret, and apply feedback

Want to achieve the highest level of expertise in understanding, integrating, and applying all aspects of the Leadership Challenge model?
Much like other designations of mastery, Certified Master status is granted to those who demonstrate top-level skills in a wide range of organisation development projects. They fuse this with deep commitment to collaboration with others in the Leadership Challenge community.
